A  sunny/snowy St. George Christmas
We celebrated Christmas in St. George the day after Christmas. It was my first Christmas away from home, it was hard I'm not going to lie, a few tears were shed but I made it through. My family was so patient and understanding, LOVE them!! We woke up SUPER early 5:30 a.m. {day 2 of early mornings, hated that} but I was so excited to be home that it was worth it. We decided last minute to tell my family that we slept in, so we wouldn't be there till late afternoon.... oooh they were mad!! It was so fun to see their faces as we busted through the door. We embraced, mom said a FEW choice words, we laughed, almost cried, and then got the party started!!!
we put on our Christmas Eve PJ'S
and even came down the stairs
and unleashed our inner child.
 Santa Came
 We must have been good.... very good
because we got SPOILED!! from ALL!!
 we were going to relax
maybe go see a movie
we were exhausted
we barley made it through all the presents let alone a movie
thank you for an amazing Christmas
and making this special time extra special
Taste Life.....
that's exactly what we did... ate and ate and ate
amazing, beautiful, delicious food

 We had a Surprise visit from Mathew, so good to see him.
and a lovely time with grandma and grandpa
The Art of pulling Apple Strudel
 pull and stretch
 but don't poke any holes
 spread the butter
 layout the apples
 sprinkle cinnamon and sugar
 roll it up and bake it
ta-dah.
its so amazing mmmm!!!
my mouth is watering,i wish i could make it right now, but i need my mom.... mom do you want to come over so we can make strudel???
{and yes that is me in a red robe,
with foils in my hair. Don't judge me!!!}

Happy New Years
ive never been a huge fan of new years eve, i think its overrated, too much hype, not enough bang for its buck. we had a lovely low key new years. ate yummy food, played some games, pored the bubbly and RANG in the new year.
we are very blessed

and we hope for many more to follow

CHRISTMAS DAY
I hope and pray that my kids don't wake up at the butt crack of dawn....ever! waking up before 8 just doesn't work for me.
I made a deal with the big man upstairs, i'll have kids if: they will be good sleepers, not throw up {in front of me} and not get into too much trouble {like i did, sorry mom}
the morning started off at 6:30 a.m.
 kids definitely make Christmas more exciting
its so fun to watch their eyes light up
little kids and the big kids too
 Paisley {1 1/2} Ollie {2 1/2}
i wonder if they really get whats going on...
who cares, they were loving it!!!
 stockings might be my favorite part...
hard to say, i really love it all!!
This is my favorite!!! L picked these out all by himself!!
I am in LOVE!!
{just in case you need a closer look}
I am one lucky girl...
I have the most thoughtful, sweetest, bestest, lovey dovey, sexy machine of a husband.

Baby its COLD Outside......
It has been bone chilling cold here, and today we finally got a little bit of snow. {i only like snow in December and January and that's it!!} For some reason when its just cold, with no snow... its just Bitter Cold!! The snow somehow makes it feel more cozy, less bitter.

I wish i could cuddle up by one of these....
With some cozies and these on..... {in any color}

Sipping some of this.....
With the husband by my side....
 {no picture of him, he has been MIA}

And maybe, just maybe we can make it happen, well close. No chance of a fireplace in our house, and I don't have these particular slippers {although they would be nice} and I'm not sure what that drink is exactly, but I bet I can make something pretty close. AND.... Landon just finished his last final today so I finally get my husband back yea!!! {I'm really excited!!!} He has been studying night and day and I have been working a ton so I feel like the Christmas Season has almost come and gone without us knowing it!! but it has all payed off, Landon did extremely well in school {I'm so proud of you L} and we have a little bit of $$$ {mostly to pay the bills but maybe a little extra fun money}
We are so excited for the Christmas Break to begin.  To see family and friends.  To relax and eat yummy food. and to Enjoy the Spirit of Christmas.
9 more days and counting

...Oh ChRiStMaS Tree
Oh ChRisTmaS Tree...
We have been so busy!!! With school, and tests, and work, and it all... but we have managed to deck the little halls around here. Just enough to give us a little Christmas Spirit. This is definitely my favorite time of year. I love the Smell, and the Lights, the Feel, the goodies, the Music, and the Spirit all around... the only thing that would make it absolutely perfect is... some snow flurries but just at night as we snuggle up watching {lifetime/christmas} movies and sipping hot coco.....{dream on} and if I could lay out and get a TAN. I am so WHITE I can barely stand it!!! a little tan, makes everything better!! even Christmas.
a girl can wish right? after all, it is the season.
let the hunt begin... it was so dang cold that the hunt didn't last long

Our cute, little, "first" since married Tree
 don't ask me why we skipped out on the tree last year....?
it smells heavenly!!
 a little taste of a Cameron Christmas
I made some dang cute things with my mom when I went to SG a few weeks ago... and when I get them up, I'll take some pictures {sorry mom, its taking me forever!}
Only 16 more days.... and counting

Don't You just LOVE these?

I feel like I need these delicate little things, wrapped around, & tied in bows on top of ALL the presents under the Christmas Tree. Is that too much to ask? I don't think so, unwrapping Pretty Presents all done up, is half the fun!!! & half the battle[not going to lie]. My Mom and Sister are tough competition when it comes to creative pretty wrapping.... but I love it! because when Santa and the Elf's come to the Stephens Home...you better watch out, cause its one SPECTACULAR show.
[who cares that we are in our late 20's and up]
