10 Months Old

Ten Months Old on August fifth two thousand and twelve.

Stats
(we were gone for his 9 month check up so here he is at 10 months)
Height - 2 feet 4 inches 15th percentile
Weight - 17 pounds 4 ounces 9th percentile
 *the doctor said we need to work on his weight and fatten him up.... I told her good luck. with colter coming from me and landon, we should just be happy that he is on the charts!!

Colter Boy is the light of our lives and is so full of personality. He is so much fun. We are entertained all day long just by watching him. I love to watch him discover and figure things out. He is very curious, and gets into EVERYTHING but at the same time he is very cautious. I am grateful for that.

Colter takes 2-3 naps a day depending on how long they are and how tired he is.

His fifth tooth just popped through (front right) and the right fang is on his way... that will make 6 teeth.

He does the most interesting things with his hands. Always moving them, twisting them, looking at them. I think we are all fascinated with his hands. Someday those hands will do great things.

Favorite foods: grapes, black beans, and puffs
Favorite toys: tv remote and phones and his animals
Favorite time of the day: story time (i think) he gets so excited.
and the BATH.... he cry's every time I pull him out, and he tries to climb in every chance he gets.

Ever since we have been back in Philly Colter has slept through the night (or its hard to hear him with the window ac units and fans going) I know if he was really crying we would be able to hear him.
 I am sooo Happy. 10 months....its about time.

Cutest little face I have ever seen..... how can you say NO to this face... we are in trouble.

His eczema is doing a lot better its pretty much all clear baby soft skin (like it should be) His skin hates Utah he always breaks out. Hopefully he grows out of it soon.

Colter will walk along furniture and push his little walker toy all around..... its only a matter of time.
He will stand up and then let go and balance, but only on his terms and when he wants to. When ever I try and make him he just sits right down and wont even stand up. STUBBORN. 

Colter loves to dance, and he's got some serious moves. Anytime he hears music he starts shaking his hips, nodding his head, and shrugging his shoulders... too cute.

He is on the move... and he is fast. He had his first, of many to come I'm sure, bump/cut on his head. dang baby gates. you put them up to protect them and then they end up getting hurting by them.

Colter is the sweetest boy.
 He has the cutest little voice, its soft and sweet, just like him. but if he wants something he sure lets you know. When he wants to be heard, he is heard. He has a way with people, and he can get anything he wants from anyone. He has won over the hearts of everyone.

He is really starting to play. We will play "chase" around the house and he laughs so hard. He loves when dad gets home cause its play time. They both get so excited.

He loves his little friends. He got so excited to see them for the first time when we got back to Philly. He will wake up and happily play with them in his crib.

He is the king of faking it.... he will pull pouty faces and then look at you for your reaction. 

 baby boy..... you have our hearts.
